Quote request
PROYour calculation list as a prefilled email to your suppliers, each in their own language.
What it is for
Getting prices from several steel suppliers without retyping everything. The email has every line, the total weight and a request for price, lead time and payment terms. Every request gets its own reference.
Where to find it
Calculation list → ORDER → "Send quote request". Or "Order right away" if you do not need a price first.
Step by step
Add your suppliers
Under Suppliers. Type the VAT number and the name and address are looked up for you. Choose the email language per supplier.
Open ORDER
From the calculation list, filtered to one project if you like.
Pick suppliers and options
Tick the suppliers. Ask for a material certificate (EN 10204 2.2, 3.1 or 3.2) if needed and add a note.
Send
The app prepares an email per supplier in Mail. You read it over and press send.
Follow up
Quote requests and orders sit with your project. On delivery you can scan the delivery note and compare it with the order.

Tips for the best result
- Set your own subject and message under Settings. A copy to yourself is possible too.
- A regular supplier is ticked by default for quote requests.
- A plate or DXF you send to the cutting shop from Plate → DXF, or get an online price from 247TailorSteel or OrderOn.
Questions
Does the app send emails itself?
No. The app prepares the email in your own mail app. You press send.
